Jananayak Chandrashekhar University (JNCU) has a commitment towards entrepreneurship promotion and development of the region not limited to Ballia or Poorvanchal, which falls under the narrative of University Social Responsibility (USR). The University develops policy and guidelines for forming and managing the relationships with external stakeholders including industries. University leadership and administration facilitates development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem as a major dimension of its governing strategies. University recognizes the dire need of developing start-up eco-system in present era. For this, University will start entrepreneurial initiatives such as pre-incubation, incubation, entrepreneurship education on a regular basis using well defined parameters. Formulation of strategy and effectiveness evaluation goes hand in hand. The feedback on impact of the initiatives will be should be actively recorded and used for impact analysis. Uniform and successful implementation of the ‘National Innovation and Start-up Policy 2019’ for students and faculty of all the HEIs across the nation is the main objective. In order to achieve this, full-fledged support of education in universities will be important. The roadmap suggested through this document is ‘broad guidelines’ to make use of already available infrastructure as much as possible to achieve the implementation of suggestive measures.
